Frontline Frameworks does not accept personal checks, wire transfers, or purchase orders in place of payment unless approved in advance.

Failure to remit payment by the invoice due date may result in:
• cancellation of scheduled services
• delayed scheduling
• forfeiture of reserved training dates
The person submitting payment confirms they are authorized to use the payment method provided and have the authority to purchase training services on behalf of their organization.
Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Training services provided by Frontline Frameworks are professional services.
By submitting payment, the Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services that have been:
• scheduled
• delivered
• made accessible to participants
Any payment concerns must first be submitted directly to Frontline Frameworks for resolution.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in collection action and recovery of administrative and dispute processing costs.
Frontline Frameworks offers professional education and training programs for individuals and organizations.
Certain courses may qualify for professional development credit or certification through recognized organizations such as:
• International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training (IADLEST)
• Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)
Participation in these programs may require:
• Attendance verification
• Completion of training modules
• Passing knowledge assessments or exams
Completion certificates or continuing education credits are issued only when all course requirements are met.
Frontline Frameworks reserves the right to deny certification or completion status if program requirements are not fulfilled.
Frontline Frameworks may offer membership access or program enrollment options that provide access to digital training materials, tools, and educational resources.
By enrolling in a membership or training program, you agree to:
• Pay all applicable fees presented during checkout
• Maintain accurate account information
• Respect membership access limitations
• Not share, distribute, or reproduce protected member content without Frontline Frameworks prior consent
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Frontline Frameworks provides professional training services for agencies and organizations. Most services are purchased by an agency or organization on behalf of their personnel.
One-Time Payment Structure
All training programs are purchased through a one-time payment or agency contract, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Frontline Frameworks does not currently offer recurring membership subscriptions.
In-Person and Virtual Training
For in-person or virtual training programs, which may be delivered as single-day or multi-day sessions, payment is due according to the terms outlined in the agency agreement or training invoice.
If an agency must reschedule a scheduled training due to operational needs or unforeseen circumstances, Frontline Frameworks will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new training date when possible.
Refunds for scheduled trainings may not be issued once training preparation, scheduling, or instructor allocation has occurred.
Peer Support Foundations Cohort Program
For the Peer Support Foundations cohort program, agencies enroll selected personnel into a structured training container delivered over approximately three months.
Upon enrollment:
The agency makes a one-time payment for the participant(s)
Each approved participant receives course access for the duration of the program
Course access is automatically terminated at the end of the program period
Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions and complete program requirements in order to receive course completion recognition.
Due to the nature of cohort-based training and instructor scheduling, program enrollments are generally non-refundable once the cohort has begun.
Frontline Frameworks provides professional training services for agencies and organizations through in-person training, virtual training sessions, and structured cohort programs.
Training Confirmation
A training date is considered confirmed once the agency has approved a proposal, agreement, or invoice and the training date has been reserved on the Frontline Frameworks calendar.
Once confirmed, that training date is reserved exclusively for the requesting agency.
Cancellation Policy
If an agency cancels a scheduled training, the following terms apply:
More than 30 days before the scheduled training date
• Full refund of training fees paid, minus any non-refundable travel expenses already incurred.
14–30 days before the scheduled training date
• 50% of the total training fee will be retained.
7–13 days before the scheduled training date
• 75% of the total training fee will be retained.
Less than 7 days before the scheduled training date
• 100% of the training fee is non-refundable.
Any travel expenses already incurred for in-person training remain the responsibility of the agency.
Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule confirmed training sessions must be submitted in writing.
Requests submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled training date will be accommodated when possible.
Requests submitted within 14 days of the scheduled training date may require additional coordination or may be subject to rescheduling limitations depending on instructor availability.
Training Formats
Frontline Frameworks training may be delivered through:
• In-person training (typically 6–8 hours per day)
• Multi-day training (two or three consecutive days depending on agency needs)
• Virtual training sessions, which may be delivered in a single session or split across multiple days
• Cohort-based programs, such as the Peer Support Foundations program delivered over approximately three months
Peer Support Foundations Cohort
For the Peer Support Foundations cohort program, agencies enroll selected personnel through a one-time payment.
Participants receive course access for the duration of the cohort program. Access to the course platform automatically ends at the conclusion of the program period.
Due to the structured nature of cohort-based training and instructor scheduling, cohort enrollments are non-refundable once the program has begun.
Instructor Rescheduling
Frontline Frameworks reserves the right to reschedule training due to circumstances outside of our control, including instructor illness, travel disruptions, or emergencies. If this occurs, the agency will be notified and a new training date will be arranged.
